The warranty covers only defective factory parts of the unit or a defect in the assembly/ workmanship in the unit for a period of 8 months from the date of purchase as shown on original purchasing documentation.

The warranty does not cover units used in a manner not consistent with the normal operation of the product. 

The warranty does not cover any damage that occurs from:

i. Normal use and defects caused by improper maintenance or neglect such as, but not limited to:

1. Lack of regular fluid changes

2. Inspection and cleaning/replacement of air filter cartridge

3. Securing hardware

4. Old, contaminated or otherwise unsatisfactory gasoline

ii. Parts that are designed to wear with use and age such as, but not limited to:

1. Tires

2. CV Boots

iii. Any product that shows misuse, abuse, or other neglect for the proper usage and maintenance guidelines as detailed in product owner’s manuals.
